Bring back track testing!
This was on previous F1 games: to join a team (for career mode) you’d have to test and see the level you’re at. then contracts would be offered and discussed.

@luisfparaujo As long as they leave it optional as to how you begin your career, I prefer to pick a team I like rather than have one or two teams I'm not particularly interested in forced upon me.
