In my 4th season and I cannot develop anything more other than awaiting one minor part in power department. Aero, chassis and durability are all maxed out yet other teams cars are better than mine in the overall performance charts. Everything in the facilities is spec 3. In my third season I was near the top at 90 difficultly yet this season with an almost maxed out car and same difficultly I'm really struggling.
A little trick I’ve been using but is not of any use to you right now is turning the development down from default. The lower setting has slowed R&D for everyone and seems to trigger a rule change every year so far (3 seasons). Maybe it’s been random luck though
That isn't something I've considered. I've got over 34,000 resource points but no way to use them. I don't understand how other cars have developed better than me when my car is maxed out on everything but power, which is 22/23
I’ve had this same issue it’s like not even a maxed out car is faster than everyone else and what’s weird for me is my chassis is like ways away from everyone else when you look at R&D I don’t understand it
