@kevin16072002 Here is the official release notes from EA BE ONE OF THE 20 IN EA SPORTS™ F1® 24. It doesn't make any mention of changes to the F2 portion of career mode so I would guess it is still limited to one season. They have a "Gameplay Deep Dive" scheduled for April 22nd on their YouTube channel, possibly more could be revealed then.

And so i would also expect nothing to change for the career mode although they could do it like this:
Spend an extra season in F2 to gain more reputation so you can get better contracts in F1..
But as you said we might see mentions during the gameplay deep dive @Meza994 I think you're probably right, considering most of their talking points have been a new physics engine, a rebuilt F1 career mode and continued developments to F1 world stacked on top of a two-week earlier release window, I would be surprised if they gave F2 any love at all, I was just trying to provide an answer without sounding too doomposty.

Yes a proper progression from F2 to F1 was always missing.During F2 career a player could get offers from F1 teams based on his position. He could get a chance to join testing during free practice in F1 and if he had a good season in F2 he could get a chance to join F1 with the team he was working with during F2.Now F2 is just a number and has absolutely no influence on career and offers from F1 teams, we always get offers from all teams.Quite untapped potential, shame. We'll see maybe this year will be a surprise but I don't really believe it.
- Cpayne322 years agoHero+@Neomo Yeah f2 feels like the forgotten child of the game as well as My Team. If there was benefits to playing f2 for career i absolutely would but as it is, there no motivation to play it unless you really follow it.
- Meza9942 years agoSeasoned Ace@Cpayne32 Having benefits would be one thing but considering the current basis of F2 its not worth it, its driving in trains of AI who cant overtake each other with the same old strategy for every car, no variety nothing, always the same with hilarious driver ratings/performances sadly
