    I've got some news. So, for players who successfully completed the Max Verstappen Challenge during the early access period and didn't receive the helmet reward, our support team can now grant it to you.

@FeiKaLuFei The Verstappen challenge career was a time limited event which ended yesterday so can no longer be accessed

Thanks for reply, I know it is time limited event. But in my time zone (utc+8) It should expire in 4~5 hours 

 
(I save and go back to career mode immediately

    @FeiKaLuFei It expired at 3pm UTC on the 30th so there is no time left to complete this as the Leclerc challenge is now the active one

      So the final 2 races of the challenge were wet weather, but the game is bugged and wouldn’t let anyone select inters. This made it impossible to complete the challenge. Players that attempted can no longer claim the Verstappen helmet because of a bug? What is being done about this? This was a pre-order exclusive challenge and we haven’t been able to play it! What a waste of money!

        @SDGMatt While the bug understandably made it harder, it wasn’t impossible as many other players had completed it.

      I think challenge career expiration times are different in different time zones. I saw yesterday that some global players could play round 5/6 (when I finished round 4, but my round 5/6 was still locked at that time.)

      Today I entered round 5 of MAX challenge career. At that time, there were 5 hours left. After 10 minutes, during the practice session, I saved and quit and immediately returned to the challenge career. Then the MAX challenge in career disappear

      I finished all the races and got everything but no mail for Max's helmet ???
