Change the way tyre pressures function

In short: F1 tire pressures function wrong in this game. Lower tyre pressures do not result in higher temperatures.

Higher pressures = higher temperatures, contact area has nothing to do with it.

F1 23 had this right. F1 24 is spreading this misinformation for whatever reason and I hate it.

Even Jarno Opmeer, who surely knows what he's talking about, was baffled by it months ago, and the fact it still isn't changed back is just unacceptable.
