I just watched this earlier, and couldn't agree more. The people who are the biggest advocates and ambassadors for this series should absolutely be speaking up. This year is a disaster, and there is no way I'm buying another F1 game on the same year it releases, nor at even half price.
And I do agree with him about the Codies team - The devs care. And the Champions and CMs here care. They aren't the problem.
The problem lies further up in EA corporate. If they actually cared about releasing a quality product, they'd have allowed this game to be delayed. They'd even allow for bi-yearly releases with livery DLCs instead of yearly game releases. They won't allow this because they just want the yearly income, and even if they don't get the return they were hoping for, they don't think about why, because they know there will always be next year to hope their investment pays off more than this year.
From a corporate perspective: As long as there's SOME profit, there's no reason to really care about the quality of the games that are being made. Profit matters more to a corporation than passion.
