Dirty air rate

I would like to have a dirty air rate setting (0-100 or something) to choose how difficult it is to follow another car in dirty air.

Sounds simple effort with huge influence. It makes happy also those who want more realistic/difficult dirty air. It takes nothing away from others and makes more happy also those who want to struggle more when following other cars.

Dirty air F1 cars make especially trough high speed corners is a fundamental aspect trough F1's history. DRS was brought to compensate the grip loss. I'd like to have it implemented stronger than it recently is. Otherwise need for DRS is questionable.
