EA Account
To start, I bought the game 2 days ago on Steam and since then I can't play online. The problem is that it tells me that I need an EA account when clearly my EA account is open but I don't receive any code to log in to F1 24. I tried it on a friend's PC and it worked without any problem.
CerexdIf you haven't already, I would try resetting your router. If that doesn't work you could try uninstalling and then reinstalling EA Anti-cheat as it seems to become easily corrupted and cause problems.

Also are you using a VPN or anything similar? If so, I would disable it and see if you can connect then.
