esports drivers say the updated handling is a step back

i totally agree. front end is still too sharp and unrealistically too fast.

@shery_a_coleslaw Is there either real F1 data available, or data from other games (thinking of iRacing) that could be used to reproduce the charts you have done to compare with. These are really good - and makes the discussion more about facts and less about opinion. Thanks!!

@dwin20 I missed this message somehow so I apologize for taking so long to reply.

I'm not sure that this data from real F1 teams is publicly available although I could be wrong but they typically keep a lot of things tight to the chest.

I could try and export something similar from iRacing but I'm not sure the comparison would tell us anything helpful since we'd be comparing two completely different physics models and so a given set of values for the tyres on a W13 in iRacing I'm sure will look vastly different to the above charts but that doesn't mean the same values when applied to the tyres in the F1 game would have the same effect as they do in iRacing since the values are tuned for the specific physics model that each game implements.

@shery_a_coleslaw Was thinking that the values may not be the same - but shouldn't the slope be comparable? So could we compare the slopes...

@dwin20 They might be, I'd be interested to find out honestly but I haven't the slightest idea of how to pull comparable data on a specific tyre for the W13 from iRacing.
