F1® 24 - Patch 1.14 Discussion Thread

I now understand what is happening. EA might direct dev efforts elsewhere because of declining popularity of the game. 

i also see that money go to Marketing mostly, not the game development. I have never had such a bad experience with anything as with f1 24. The season is almost over and the fame is still not stable and non playable. Patch after patch that fixes something irrelevant and breaks something important. No feedback is being heard and taken into consideration.

care to predict sales figures of f1 2025? 

Those sales figures tell us that EA have completely destroyed this game franchise and to me it comes as no great surprise.

It was night and day better when CM were solely in charge. All EA have done is strip the game back to the bear bones and fill it with utter garbage and gimmicks and increased the price. Is it any wonder at all why their sales have plummeted?

The game under EA is too gimmicky with utterly pointless features. If they do not want to loose the licence they need to start letting CM develop the game alone, either that or rid the game of daft silly and pointless things like stickers and fanzone and add in content that we have ALL been asking for!

i havent play f1 24 online for a long time but

my game crashes when i enter invite&friends and still same

i can play every race or mod in game bot i cant accept invites and cant join online lobbies using invite

my system is way better than system reqs

i could play normally before patches, pls somebody investigate it.

I have to ask if anything else was in the patch that was not listed. Solo career on xbox the game seems the best its been. I haven’t had a downpour race but the handling in the wet with full brake and traction assist seems brilliant, and the AI racing is the most fun I can remember in a while. Is it just a small sample size?

Hi Groguet,

Fair enough. I am new here and I read comments. Most are do the point and fair. I do not see people illogically bashing the game or disrespect people involved. Most speak with sense and I even admire that people dedicate time to list down, so accurately, things that should help you with the game. What I also see, though, is that the time of people is not respected and no feedback is taken into consideration. I have never seen any product being at the stage of development after the release knowing that the season is almost over and we will soon be talking 2025. My honest and respectful opinion - your product is poor and I regret that I paid premium for it.
