1. All setups now need to be reworked as they no longer work
2. I also noticed that all my laptimes in F1 World are gone and after the patch I need to start again?
It is like all the progress I have made with fast laps and setups is gone and I need to start again. I would have preferred not to waste my time and start when the patch is going to come only If I knew that it will all be erased.

Why the lap time in F1 world are gone?
It is mentioned in the release notes that the leaderboards were intentionally wiped. This usually happens, since changes mean that the previous times could no longer be achieved in the same way, and could for example make a time at the top of the leaderboard unbeatable.
It is also not unexpected that setup changes may be needed, although from comments I've seen, not by much.
