@F7R-JayS I totally agree there; the handling in the previous patch was nice, not F1 2020 standard but it was good, now it’s gone from one extreme to the other, even with most assists on you end up losing the front and rear end of the car; it’s becoming almost as difficult to drive as F1 2013 was and that was the only F1 game I genuinely struggle playing; hell F1 06 for PS2 was easier to drive and that was constantly holding the X button as throttle
  • this game just flat out sucks. theres an invisible bump in canada pit lane entry now....just lmao, between this and cfb25, i wonder what they even do at ea/codemasters

I'll tell you what EA does, rework the handling for each patch, then release.  No testing the actual handling, let those of us paying for the game test their awful handling.   This shold have been caugh in proper testing, but alas EA fired their QA staff.

@BCPARSONS-TVX It’s just setup. Apply to your current setup less engine breaking a higher ride height (especially for the rear) and tire pressure got lap updated you know tend to have low to mid pressures on most tracks. The handling got so much better and it makes so much sense when you just think about it. Less engine breaking = more stable on entry and higher ride height = more corner speed. Just gotta be careful with the front ride height because if you make it to high your exits are slow. New meta should be 1-3 clicks more for the front and 10-20 for the rear. I got from avg being 2 seconds off track record to a avg of being 1.5 seconds down with a race setup without any effort while wheel players struggle to beat their old best time. All I see here are people who don’t know what they are talking about.

@HeyImLucaSorry but that is disrespectful. I've been racing on a very high level for 25 years, including racing for top SIM racing teams with Geoff Crammonds GP series, NetCar and more.

I'm sure I speak on the behalf of many other top drivers here too. Quite simply the handling model since 1.7 for controller players is absolutely garbage as 90% of others have said. So you are saying that all those people are wrong and don't know what they are doing?

    Do me a favour!

  • @IanM282 Sry but I didn’t mean no disrespect but fact is that the update brought wheel players and gamepad player near together. It’s horrible to drive if you don’t update your setup. I explained what I changed and how that brings gameplay and wheel closer together. Or how else do you explain that I’m avg 0.5 seconds closer to wheel users on any track. I literally beat my fastest lap on third try or something after the update (i needed like 50 laps before the update to get to the time) just try it for yourself mate

Hello, I would like to suggest two small adjustments for the next patch of the game:

    1) Why is it that when I create a purple sector on the map, the timing graph does not show purple?

    2) After a race, on the driver and team classification screen, there are no longer green and red arrows, which indicate when a team or driver moved up or down in the classification, and this detail was present in previous games.

    Thank you for your response.
