you should have access to a playtest section of the forums so woudl be best to post there or dm community manager/moderator here
just got to have patiance and wait for permisiions to be updated there are 1000's of accounts to do
also no one should be saying anything about beta in public spaces its a breach of NDA email will say something about any contents of email and anything related to beta

Hey everyone,
we are still investigating the issue and have identified that the Steam codes were incorrect.
We are currently working on sending new Steam codes out as soon as possible. If you are playing on console, you should be all set.
Hang tight, and we will keep you updated as soon as we have more information to share.
