So i played a lot the Patch and the Car feels very Random every Lap. Its unpredictable to know what happens next. You have every Lap Understeer like crazy and then when you make everything lap the same and get faster and faster you get for no real Reason Oversteer. I have massive understeer in Bahrain and have to use High Wing Setup (Topspeed still good btw) to get through the First corner and Corner 9 and 10 even if i go on 50% Front brake Bias its still not easy to get through. Theres also Traction problems too loose the Rear and the Turning in its too Understeery. Just Look at how F1 drivers can catch a Car and avoid Spins. Its incredible what these Cars can do.
Then the Low Downforce Setups feels useless once again, loose Car not good under braking really and you cant make anything with it plus Super understeery. Also when i Steer into a Direction and give 5-10% Throttle only on the Exit the car drives straight forward rather than making the Corner with Full Downforce even. We also cant make the Monza run off. Normally cars can do this without a Problem but here we cant do it still. This isnt how an F1 Car feels. You can see it from Real life Onboards whats happening and how the Cars can take the Corners normally. Look at the Last Corner in Zandvoort. Or many other Slow Corners the car is very nervous and i dont feel any weight Transfer it just happens random. If i would work with you Guys i would Experiment with F1 24 until we get a Stable Base. Or Build a Toggable Option to Decide which Handling Style we wanna Use. "ORIGINAL HANDLING" or "New Revised Handling".
The Good thing is that the Brakes works easier now i lock up still but that when I overdo it. I wouldnt work on the Brakes anymore.
This is my Honest Opinion and i wish to get also listened to like every other here.
Lets go.

I can't speak on braking as I use ABS, but my general feedback on the handling since the patch is as follows (wheel user, PS5, no assists, other than ABS)
a) the front end is much improved, but still a bit too pointy, especially as you add more downforce to the car
b) the rear is too forgiving when it comes to the above, if i turned the car as much as I can on the game with max downforce, the rear should cry enough and spin me around no matter my camber or suspension settings
c) the kerbs seem to basically be an after thought and probably one of the main reasons for unrealistic laptimes, you can pretty much abuse most of them with few exceptions even with low ride heights.
On the whole I am actually enjoying the driving experience, silly AI bugs notwithstanding but overall there are further changes required to get the game where we want it to be.

I will also add that in direct comparison to my laptimes on a default setup in time trial pre-patch and post-patch, my lap times are pretty much identical really with a few slower and a couple quicker, suggesting that a lot of issues are caused by overly aggressive setups. Maybe Codies need to limit the options for setup changes so it takes the car away from unrealistic areas?
