For me using a controller I have found an absolute game changer! Ride heights.
Having the correct ride heights and more critically the difference between the front and rear ride height can make such a massive difference in how the handling works.
I have increased the ride heights and Spa and Silverstone and have a difference between the front and rear of 30.
Gone is that horrible sharp pointy front end, completely gone. The car is now great to drive.
I set ride heights of 30 front and 60 rear for both tracks and went so much faster. The car at these ride heights feels so well balanced now.
I can only speak from my own experience here. But this for me is an absolute game changer. Have to also add, I've also now got the front and rear wings equal.
But the ride height changes were huge in order to eradicate that horrible front end. Feels absolutely planted!
- 2 years agoI play with the traction control on medium.
I can't play, the car runs too far in curves and when accelerating
They ruined the game.- 2 years ago
I agree, I was enjoying the game. I know I’m not the greatest player but I was still having fun and I felt early on in the game that this year is my chance to improve and finally race without traction control. Now after the patch medium TC is useless and I’ll have to go to Full TC which I haven’t needed to do. It don’t matter how much I feather the throttle it just spins and you can’t exit that slow or you’ll never win. It’s absolutely worse than before and more broken than ever.
