I redeemed my steam code for the f1 24 beta test and I got the confirmation that I redeemed it but it's not showing up in my steam library and I've tried to redeem the code again but it says its been redeemed

you should have access to a playtest section of the forums so woudl be best to post there or dm community manager/moderator here
I have the same issue, but i cant get in to the playtest forum at the moment
I don’t have access to the forums and I’ve cleared the cache and cookies on my browser to see if it would work but it didn’t
i received the f1 24 closed beta i went to activate it but it doesn't show up in my library and when i try activating it again it says that its alredy activated and if i want to start the download i need to press "ok" but there isn't any ok button isted there is just a retry button wich just makes me put the code again
Yeah I had the exact same thing and don't have access to the playtest forum
