F1 2024 FREE TRIAL DOESNT WORK

F1 2024 Free trial, from 21st to 25th November it doesn't work, can you help me? please (I'm a PC) I tried with Steam or Epic Games Launcher and with the EA app, but neither of them worked, the f1 24 free route doesn't work, it's not just my problem but also my other friends' problem, always from PC
