One of the big flaws of F1 is the online mode, it is still buggy and has been a problem especially for league organizers like me.
There should be the possibility to have a software to create private servers (like AC or ACC).
These games have a software that allows a PC to become a server to host the races and enter the room with a password. It allows to create practice, qualy and race sessions in different days storing the information of each session.
The PC itself is the host, so it does not depend on a driver to be the host. If the PC has a good connection there will never be any problems.
You can also schedule races, championships, etc. It also keeps the results allowing any scoring system you want.
Facilitates the creation of divisions for big leagues, the calendar, results, etc.
This would facilitate the connection, I think it would generate less lag and failures, in addition to having a more organized league.
It would not depend on a person to open the room, since the same server would be the host, the races would start on time.
These systems that already exist have proven to be very good for online multiplayer and would be the best option for F1.
I understand that racenet is trying to do something similar, but the system is not really functional.
