If you reach those 100k PSVR2 owners who play GT7 (and won't get flat only racing games again like myself) that would bring in £7 million. I don't believe for a second that it would cost anywhere near that much to implement PSVR2 support for F1 24. I think it would sell considerably more that that for PSVR2 users due to the greater appeal for F1.
And as the previous poster said, this is a setup that is same for all and should be easier to make into a very satisfying experience like with GT7.
@superhoops82 I would happily pay an additional £10 for VR support if its implemented well and I am sure most people would. You're also getting people to play F1 games who wouldn't normally just because they have the headset. Now you have just attracted a few hundred thousand people to the franchise who might get hooked and buy the game every year.
- @lufc100 I will pay for the game and I will pay for a VR DLC. But to be honnest, no chance !! PSVR2 is not in the EA plan. Also, EA don't read any comments !! Did you see any answer from EA / Codemasters ??? NO = No respect for users !!
@MeteoreThey read all. The fact they don’t reply points to the fact they don’t care about PSVR2. The only way they will care is if there is profit to be had.
Also as i mentioned Sony pausing production due to terrible sales figures. I wasn’t as clear as I could have been. So peak sales for PSVR2 was at launch. Every subsequent month they havnt just seen a gradual decline in sales. They have been huge drops. Because the vast majority of us have no interest in it.
We had the same debate last year and a user started a petition for PSVR2 and posted a link here and a number of other F1 game boards… After 2 weeks. How many people do you think signed it… Even I was blown away… Just 70 people

I hate taking EA side over any player. BUT ITS NOT THRE PROBLEM. Sony launched a awesome but expensive headset no one wants
