It seems that when you are trying to play multiplayer the game is unable to access the different files to log in. However, some players have been able to connect by using a VPN. Could you try using a VPN and see if this works fo you?

I have the same error with my lan game. I play the game on PS4
@EA_Groguet and @EA_Vendcera can we re escalate to the games team if you haven’t already. Seems to becoming a wider issue now
