F1 World - Tech-Level too low

Good morning ladies and Gentlemen, currently I have a Tech-Level from 450. All races I can make have Tech-Level 650. I am not able to be in the Top-10. Am I a * player in that game or is there any r...

    @leo7044 In the settings for each race you can reduce the tech modifier which will reduce the tech level

@Cpayne32 Where is this at as the one I see is set to 0 by default...can go up (worthless) but not down (needed)
