FOV settings

can we finally get a normal FOV setting in degrees? All the FOV calculators I've tried come out to -11 for the triple screen but when I compare it to simulators that have the correct FOV setting it's just wrong.What's so hard to make the correct FOV setting in a racing game so we can calculate a realistic value?
