Harassed drivers shouldn't be penalized

What in the world is this?

10 seconds penalty because somebody else pushed me over and over away. I was the only one to drive clean in this race until the very last lap arrived and mayhem happened, as usual.

I swear, the better you behave, the more you are penalized in this game, not to mention that it's impossible to report users - something I have been saying for at least a year.
