More in-depth customization for career

Career mode should feel almost like a “franchise” mode. 

Of course we are not sure how the overhauled career mode works as of yet but hear me out. 

At the start of the season before you start a career mode (single or coop) why not have up to 22 player career mode?)) you should be able to customize what spec teams start off as individually. Maybe you want a driver shake up? The player should be able to change the driver line ups before the “1st” season of said career mode. This would make it more interesting in the experience of the player. Imagine season 2 regulation changes, followed by season 3 reg changes. The grids can flip and make it more interesting. F1 has always been about the teams and teams competing for a constructors.
