Multiplayer session : Include F1 world car Vs official cars

In the "GP multiplayer" session options, player slots are limited to 22 (20 players and 2 spectators). Why not include F1 world teams under equal performance?

*1st reason: If the game's focus is on F1 world, we might as well include them on the starting grid on 24-player sessions (22 players and 2 spectators),

*2nd reason: If we can use our F1 world cars in "Time trials" under equal performance, what advantages or differences do they have under these conditions?!
