my ea account has been banned

Hi Team , I bought a new EA game F1 24 on 9 Jul 2024, and I play this game from Steam. I login EA via Steam account, but my EA account was banned. and I can show my Proof-of-Purchase of F1@24 （Steam F1 24 order.jpg）.

I played the game about 7.8 hours, you can see my Steam account (ao_taozi), but I can't play the game online. but this game is mine. I don't know if it's due to network issues, sometimes I need to access the EA/Steam internet through VPN, bcz I am in China.

Please review the supporting evidence , lift my account restrictions .

please help to unban my ea account(@kd7ho5hbmfy3) or unbind my steam account, thank you very much.
