Same issue for me as well. Multiple my teams and always have the starting 2nd driver stuck.

Also noticed they get called Owner Driver. When renewal comes, it only says to go to sign a contract, but can't sign anyone else. Only workaround is to go to main menu and then reopen, but that auto rewnews them annoyingly.

Game has been out over a year and nearly coming to f125, wondering if this issue will still persist
