I have just recieved a new code on PC steam for the beta however it is saying i already own the produt.

I got my new code for the F1 24, the idea is this is the fixed code, which I just got, and I can't redeem it, Steam says I already own "the product" and to click OK to proceed to the download, which isn't showing either in my library, or available for download.

It says game already in the steam library cuz the old code had a bug and when I put in the new code. It says game already exists in the library but I don't have it.
I have alerted staff to this. Please stay patient and wait for an update
The new code we got for the f1 24 playtest says the product has already been redeemed.
Yep exactly the same for me, can we use alternative Steam Accounts? I have another one, but im not sure if you're allowed?
Same here. We could trigger it ourselves if we get the App ID for the beta, but there's nothing specified...
