New function for f1 24/f1 25 suggestion

1.Immersive cool down lap and parking:

Let the player to drive the car on a cool down / celebration lap after the race , and park the car in front of the parc ferme board/pit lane

2.Drive the car back into the pitlane in a red flag

3.Allow player the jump out of the car in the garage and maybe control the character to walk around

4.More realistic damage model 

5.livery/helmet/race suit editor for my team

6.Jump out and pick up by the medical car after a crash

7.Replay for qualifying with tv graphics/timer

8.Special fans for different track (e.g. Tifosi for Monza)

9.Show information such as brake bias on the steering wheel screen 

10.Able to do things that is against the regulations but will take a risk

11.Press conference before/ after the race
