No grid penalty

Was this in my team, driver career or both? Just so I can try to replicate this issue 

Career mode but only happens after the qualifying before quality the penalty is correct.

I concur, as I have also experienced this same issue. 
Most notably in challenge career, this is an issue. Alex Gillon’s videos on challenge career at the game’s launch showcase this issue in its entirety. 

Add me to the list and I try to use it to get the Pass 8 people points so I kinda win no matter what.
