I started a online career last night and we had a safety car and red flag in one race on 25% at Saudi.
maybe it’s been updated? It showed in settings
Just tried doing offline career 25% and it won’t let me have safety car strange how it was fine on 2 player career
After you start your career go back in settings especially applies when you reach F1 and magically it reappears as a working setting
