Option for Host to Apply Grid Drops after Qualifying

For League's that race via the custom multiplayer lobby (since the racenet league racing options need to be so much better) Would it be possible for the host to click on a driver's name on the Qualifying Result, or even in the lobby before the session, and apply a 3-5-10 place grid drop for a particular driver?

This should be relatively simple to do? We often have post race penalties where a driver did not finish the race and so we carry the time penalty over to their next race finish, but much like Ocon's Monaco pen, we would love to be able to apply a grid drop instead so we don't have to back out of the lobby between Qualy and Race to use custom grid...
