Actually controller deserve more nerfs, it is op. There need to be something with extra traction and abs and stability on controller that makes it too much strong.
Honeslty it was fine for me on the 1.6 patch, like it was very enjoyable. as you say, it was bit op yes but powering it down in this way is too much. i get that f1 should be driven on a wheel, but for the casual players its a disaster

Here's the video. i wanna point out some things to look at
- In the first sector the car is steering a lot and i dont feel or see any oversteer
- On the back straight the same thing, im giving minimal steering input and it turns like a mad man, then suddently oversteer which i didnt feel before
- In turn 1 on the second lap the steering assist this is very visible (also cause you can see my controller inputs on the right)

I've done about 2 hours of testing tonight trying to adjust my controller settings to get the same feeling I had pre 1.7 but it's helpless. Steering rate, linerity and rotation changes do nothing good.
I genuinely cannot play this game post 1.7. Please fix this as a matter of urgency!

I literally can't play the game on my ps5, My Logitech G Pro wheel has goofed FFB, and the controller is borked, I can plug in the wheel to my PC, but at this point, I've given up.
For me handling is better with last patch also medium traction control is better on dry and wet,game is finally bit more fun for me now.
Play with xbox controller.

Numerous times since the last update with only one I manged to clip. I had to take the battery pack out and reset the controller
