Pit Lane Starts
Have Pit Lane starts. Already in the 2024 season we saw Zhou Guanyu have a pitlane start at the Australian grand prix so it would seem reasonable to have pit lane starts.

- @ScarDuck14 But maybe just maybe dev's will listen this time. They want the suggestions this year. Even if it doesnt end up getting put in until f1 2025 as long as it goes in
