ERS still not working

It’s been four days and my ERS is still not working properly it is still stuck at 100% so I have no power whatsoever making the game unplayable. please fix this ASAP.

You got no hope of it being fixed. My game has been unplayable since July and I haven't gotten even a acknowledgement of the issue.

EA is loosing the license after f125 anyway so they don't care.

Why are F1 24 games purchased on Steam not displayed in the EA application? EA has bound a Steam account and both Sim4 and Need for Speed Heat are displayed
