Just a reminder as well the offer for F1 TV Pro is only available to people living in the US so if you are outside the US that is why you won’t of received it

I am in the US. I pre-ordered F1 24. I received a notification from Xbox to redeem a product key for F1 TV Pro 1-Month Subscription, which I did. However, when I visit the page (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/f1-tv-pro-1-month-subscription/9n95p8mjrfbk) there is no link to download, and it states "F1® TV Pro 1-Month Subscription is currently not available."

EA, how do we get the free 1-month subscription of F1 TV Pro which was promised to us?

You should have received the F1 TV code via e-mail. Remember that this offer wasn't available for players outside the US or EPIC purchases.

If you haven't received any e-mail, you can also find your TV code here:

1. Go to the Offers & Promotions tab in your EA Account settings portal.
2. Sign in to the EA Account which has your registered platform.
3. Find the F1 Tv Promotion and click the Copy Code.
4. Redeem the code on https://f1tv.formula1.com/ during the purchase flow.
5. For code issues contact F1 Tv Support.

I want to take advantage of the F1 TV Pro 1-month Subscription that was offered as a preorder bonus, but there doesn't seem to be any way to redeem the offer. I do not have any "Offers & Promotions" available in my EA account and I did not receive any email from EA regarding the preorder bonus. My experience is documented below.

I pre-ordered F1 24 Champions Edition through the Microsoft store on Xbox on May 23, 2024.

On June 7, 2024 I received a chat message from Xbox in the Xbox Android app stating:

I then went to xbox.com/redeemcode and redeemed the code. I received an email confirming that my order for F1® TV Pro 1-Month Subscription had been processed.

When I click the link to View or or manage your order, it takes me to the app page, confirming that "You own this game."

However, there is no download link or any other instructions other than in the Installation section, it states:

"Get this app while signed in to your Microsoft account and install on your Windows 10 devices."

Where do I get the Voucher Code to use on the forumla1.com site when purchasing the one-month F1 TV Pro plan?

I did not receive an email, and as I stated in the post, there is nothing in my "Offers & Promotions."

Please read the post. I documented all of the steps taken, and the promo communications from Microsoft.
