Review the Virtual Safety car penalties

For Christ sake, review the penalties for safety cars. I was in green time, the "VC ending" appeared, I accidentally barely touched the accelerator and... DRIVE THROUGH U MATHAF.

It's just a bit too much. Even the delta is hidden when this happens, so... let's try to make a bit of sense please.
