EA, can we please get some adjustments in Splitscreen Mode

Can we get the (usable) option to allow Red Flags, Red Flag possibility, Safety Cars, Safety Car possibility, and Virtual Safety Cars. Can we also be able to remove the blurred car in hotlap and remove the HUD tutorial for Player 2, which is always on for me. It block the view when entering the pitlane.
