Just replied in the handling megathread. After playing with a controller for a few minutes, I had to double check if I had traction control on. I tested going full throttle at the exit of turn 1 in Bahrain in 2nd gear and got pretty much none or almost nothing of tire spin. I'm not sure it works like that but I'm no expert in this matter.
- @TomasSlb24 It doesnt work like this irl but the power output in 2nd and 3rd gear is also way too low ingame, the engine itself has probably at least 100 bhp too little + the ERS deployment is almost none in 2nd gear and still far below half of the maximum, so instead of around 1000 bhp in 2nd gear the game puts out around 800 bhp which causes the strong traction zones
Personally, I love it. It feels great. I hope they don't change a thing, but sadly I know they will.

I did not experience this at all. Even 25% throttle coming out of turn 1 was almost enough for the back end to step out. Traction does feel on the whole a lot better this year though. Managed to drive probably 20 laps or so consistently with no losing the back end which is a first for me.
