Update Hungary T6-7 chicane kerbs that have been changed IRL in 2016

The T6-7 chicane kerbs in Hungary have been changed in real life in 2016, as can be seen in this pole lap video from 2017: https://youtu.be/WO0y04IVshI?feature=shared&t=43

The current kerbs are flat and allow cars to pass through faster, without risking to be unsettled by hitting the raised edges of the previous kerbs, that are still in the game.
