Why only 3 helmets?

How can you promote such poor content on the game like that?

The possibilities for customization and content are completely at a standstill.

Releasing 3 or 4 cosmics through events or challenges, do you call that content ?

The system totally needs freshness, I have said it several times and we have been asking for it for years.

Where is the helmet and suit livery editor? Visor color, in-depth cosmetics, community sharing system for livery creators ?

With all due respect, jumpsuits and helmets with pumpkins, trees, and 80s flames have nothing to do with an official game and in no way make the franchise credible.

I don't understand at all the fact that your team does not look into this subject once and for all and involve your guys in this in order to really bring content and freedom to customization.

There is immense potential to be exploited on this problem which has been going on for years, already in F1 2010 it was requested despite the fact that the helmets are more realistic than today which is unfortunate.

Your motto is Work in Progress, right? There we are at work at a standstill for my part.

Give us real things and lots of content, it's the least you can do for a community that has been following you for years despite the fact that the price of games is increasing but the content is decreasing.

They are clearly not listening here. Well actually maybe they are but just choose to simply ignore what we have all been asking for.

If they think that adding in a couple of helmets to be unlocked, or even worse pricing them at 7500 pit coins is giving us what we have been asking for they are sadly mistaken.

All this does is make us customers even more fed up with this abomination of a game!

@CM_TGK I’m sorry but that response shows how utterly out of touch with players you guys are. 

In stark contrast, F1 Manager 24 launched this week. I’m delighted to say that the customisation options on that are infinitely superior, including fully-customisable sponsor logo placement on both liveries and suits. What’s more, the game was less than half the price of F1 24. 

Shows what is possible when a developer/studio actually gives a damn about its player base.

As others have said above, that response is, at best, laughable; at worst, insulting.

Everything here is more respectful than putting 2 free helmets into the game when 1 is purple and you cannot change it. There should be like 50 helmets +. Also new helmet for almost 10 000 pitcoins is crazy.

The demand and complaints about personalization and content are very strong.

Twitter, Instagram, Facebook the distress of the community at this level is present more than ever.

Given all the feedback I think that this is no longer even an option but indeed an urgent necessity to provide answers and concrete changes on this.

@DavidLld33 fully agree with this. It needs to be an absolute priority issue at this point. 

@EA_Groguet I’m not sure where you’re seeing anything against the rules or guidelines? Everything that people have said in here is true. The utter contempt with which EA/Codies seem to be treating its players on this matter is diabolical.

EA have proven that they can make excellent games with good customisation features when they want to. WRC and the new College Football 25 are excellent examples. For some reason with F1 a totally different approach is taken, whereby they strip out the content players want and replace it with pointless stuff nobody wants. It boggles the mind how they think this is the right approach. 

Do they not realise that what they are doing now in terms of having most of the customisation features removed will massively damage sales for F125?

It beggars belief just how out of touch they are with the customer base. Is it just laziness and they can't be bothered? 

All F124 resembles is by far the worst copy and paste with content removed. How on earth was that ever going to go down well and be anything else other than a complete flop.

The complaints are not just on here regarding the lack of content and customisation, it's all over social media. Until they wake up from giving us absolute piffle pointless items and provide us what we are "ALL" asking for, sales will continue to plummet.

You have let down so many loyal customers.
