Workaround AI slow on qualifying Career

I did some testing and I think AI isn't using maximum power on qualifying in career.

I play on the G29 wheel and AI level 105 baseline (adjusted by track). I was frustrated because AI isn't in the same pace as in the race. I was going over 1 second faster in qualifying then my teammate. Using Hotlap ERS mode plus Overtake. 

So I tried the whole qualifying in Medium ERS mode and managed to put similar lap times with the AI.

In the race there's no problem, pace is similar.

If anyone can test and post the results to confirm my theory will be great.
