Can't change car setup in single player mode.

After the latest patch I can´t customize my car setup anymore. I don´t play online, mutiplayer, crossplay, etc.
I usually set up my weekend with one practice, full qualy and full race. Parc Fermé rules are off. As seen in the attachment, the F7 and F8 don´t work. I´m not allowed to change between tyres and car setup.   

I did a full game file system restore. PC, Steam, Keyboard.

Please help if possible.

    Bingo. It was an issue with my keyboard on desktop!! For some reason some function keys were not working.Never had this issue! Thanks a lot. Problem solved!

    That's odd. I'm at Albert Park at the moment, it's still working for me in career after the patch, and I just tested it in a GP and it works. I'm pretty sure you can usually go to setup even if parc ferme is on (you can't make changes but I think you can still go to the screen) so I don't know what could cause your problem. There doesn't seem to be a lot of response in this forum at the moment. Don't know what to suggest sorry.

    Are you playing on a laptop? If so, try toggling your Fn Lock / Shortcut Keys?

    Thanks for the reply guys.

     I'm playing on a desktop. Setup works on Time Trial for example. Just not in GP Mode Single Palyer which is what I always play on.

    Very odd. Still trying to figure out something to pinpoint what the problem is.
