@ldwater2 it seems 1 of 3 practice programmes will cause the crash to desktop, i thought i was the only one experiencing this. im using MOZA + Pit House if we have a common denominator, it would narrow down the issue.

F1 24 Career Mode Practice Program while doing 1 of the 3 available will cause F1 24 to freeze then crash to desktop. The current workaround is to avoid that crashing program by doing it on quick practice/simulation. The race will proceed with no crashes as far as I have experienced. But it really kills the immersion. I'm using MOZA R12 and Pit House by the way if we have a common denominator if you too experience the same. Tried to replicate in F1 23 but no same crash experienced there.

same thing happens to me when i do the qualify practice program time i get near the last turn it crashes in the same spot every time i've tried it a good 10 or so times before giving up

@SturmGraz My experience in career mode is crash every time I do a practice program. Completely closes the game. I'm using VR on PC. Also have another couple of unrelated issues. Two nights of troubleshooting instead of playing. Can't do career mode as give up resource pts without practice programs. Can't do Grand prix races because only get look back view when race starts. This is pathetic release. Seriously.

Tried again to repair the game but the problem persist.
Attached the ldxdiag and the hardware config I was not able to send "The attachment's hardwaresettingsconfig_hashtagsasquatch_august8_2024.txt content type (text/plain) does not match its file extension and has been removed." ... hope that help but ... yeah...

Well, the situation is not getting better at all:
Uninstall the game - DONE with success
Restart PC - DONE with success
Check if EaPlay, Motherboard, graphics, audio drivers are up-to-date - DONE with success
Install again F124 - DONE with success
Start the game and enter my career - DONE with success
Side note! By the way, fix the loading game, from the moment I click on Play button from EaPlay until I'm prompt with the selection "Play F124 or VR F124" sometimes it gets to 60 - 90 seconds.
Start the practice program: finished the tire management, ERS management but failed right after I finished the strategy management program - DONE but failed
Repair the game - DONE with success
Repet steps 5 and 6 but now 6 worked like a charm and I was able to finished the Jeddah weekend - DONE with success
Moved to the next track, which is Australia:
Start the practice - DONE with success
Finished all of the practice programs, but again after race strategy program game crashed - DONE but failed
Repair the game - DONE with success
Start the game and enter my career - DONE with success
Finished all of the practice programs, but again after race strategy program game crashed - DONE but failed
