Well, the first thing I would du is mention what platform your on, otherwise it's going to be hard for people to provide decent feedback.

I would try disabling OneDrive. When its active the game seems to have issues figuring out where it's supposed to read/ write data from.

If that does not resolve the issue please post a DxDiag. How to gather information on your PC using DxDiag

its working. where I installed game<settings<Download<Edit Install location<Click OneDrive<Documents<MyGames<F1 24<Right Click and Cut SAVEGAME<Paste it under OS/program files/F1 24 or just program files if its not already there.
