F1 2024 auto save failed

What platform are you on? Does it only fail to save in certain circumstances/ game modes or does it happen all the time?

i run on PC NVIDIA RTX 3060 and am having same issue. I thought it was EA app as it wouldnt connect to online until i reinstalled it. But when i opened up F1 24 again same thing. immediately trying to set my NIT settings but i cant access next screen due to "failed to auto save" error....
