I am unable to enter the pit stop!!!

Question

Every time I enter the pit stop while playing the game, it stutters and then crashes after about ten seconds, making it impossible for me to play normally.

I used the "Verify Integrity of Game Files" feature on Steam and discovered that it was missing the following three files (because I noticed that the modification times of these files were after I verified the integrity).

Please help me!!! I really like this game!

Below is how you can uninstall and reinstall the anti cheat
Uninstall Instructions

Open the Windows Explorer and search for C:\Program Files\EA\AC
Click on EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe to launch the installer.
- If you want to uninstall it for one game, choose the game you want to uninstall EA anticheat from and click Uninstall.
- If you want to uninstall it for all EA games, choose Uninstall All. This will remove all EA anticheat files from your computer, minus the installer.

Download Instructions

Download the EA anticheat installer.
- The link will automatically download the installer onto your browser.
Click the game you want to add EA anticheat to.
Click Install.

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean, and I'm hesitant to try this operation. I just want to resolve the crash issue; I don't care about my current game progress. I tried deleting it on Steam, but it didn't work—it not only kept my progress but also retained the crash problem.
