My F1 24 Keeps on crashing when it gets to the loading screen.

Looks like the intel iris graphics aren’t enough to run it after all, but a 4070 can.

I'm having the same issue. The screenshots show my "C:\Program Files\EA\AC" file before and after the crash. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the AC multiple times to no avail. If this is indeed a hardware issue, could someone please give a guide on how to fix it.      System Manufacturer: HP

Post marked as solution gives the process. The dxdiag would help. As does the laptop serial which gives the correct HP support page. You’re in pole position.

could you tell me how much RAM you have? I have 16GB. also found one user here that has thesame issue with 16GB RAM.

I've been having these random crashes also. Also observed same 3 corrupt files even if it does not crash.

tried so many things: new video driver, older video driver, disabled Resizable BAR, disable above 4G decoding, latest bios,  various video frequency,  disable G-sync, new 850w PSU, tried fresh install of Win 11, etc.

but still get the random crash.

just now, I found 1 thing consistent. whenever I reach 92% or my RAM, the game crashes. Usually happens when loading cutscenes, using flashback, changing menu screens, etc.

I'm gonna try getting 32GB RAM soon. and see what happens

I hope you have tested your RAM. The game will run in 16GB of RAM unless you have some reserved for integrated graphics. 

If you are adding 16GB to 16GB then the issue could well still be there.

Test, reseat if required and retest.

yup tested RAM several times already. It always passes.

changed plan. Got a 5070ti. didn't want to spend on getting additional DDR4 since I plan to run DDR5 on my next build.

No more crashes. everything else was left thesame except for GPU. I know its not really a good solution.

I still don't understand much on whats going on with this game. crashes only happened in this game. everything else in my system works fine. maybe VRAM size?

What card did you have before the 5070Ti (you didn't say).

Also, VRAM can be faulty - unsure of best way to test other than Bench/Furmark stuff? 

I'd do some reading around on ResizeBAR - generally it's a good thing, unless someone has evidenced performance decreases in specific titles, so I'd re-enable all that stuff. 

However, that said I've always tried to retain a minimum amount of system RAM with a 2:1 ratio to VRAM, e.g. I have 32GB system RAM paired to a 16GB RX6800. So, with differing ratios your mileage may vary, IDK.

PSU: Corsair RM850x

Old GPU: Gigabyte Gaming 3060ti 8gb (non OC) (random crashes with this card)(only on F1 24)

New GPU: Gigabyte Gaming OC 5070ti 16gb(so far no crashes)

Do you have a dxdiag to show the UEFI revision you are running? The B350 boards are a bit of a backwater, A320 'upgrade product' and from the first gen of AM4 boards. A now 7 year vintage!

You would have had to have the board supplied as T/F52.h anyway for the CPU support (unless you've owned a previous AM4 CPU, then it's dependent upon the UEFI updates possible / in order).

I am also assuming you have been using the Nvidia reference drivers and not ONLY the Gigabyte support page driver?
