Thanks for letting us know that the team is aware of this, though it would be great if these updates could have more information.
For example, are they actively working on a fix? There is quite a difference between being aware and taking action.
If they are working on it, then that's great. It would be cool to know if there there is a rough ETA for a patch - days, weeks, months, etc?
I know you are limited by what you can say, but more communication would be appreciated by the community. There's no reason why it needs to be so minimal for key things.
This is a game-breaking issue, which impacts every player. It is the difference between playing and not playing the game for me - and I'd imagine quite a few others.
Career mode would actually be very fun without these issues, with lots of cool additions.
As it stands F1 '23 is the better option to play generally. I'd rather have yellows, VSCs, safety cars, red flags, incidents, failures, retirements, and some better AI behaviour, than driver career mode without those things but with more cool management and tangential stuff.
This needs to get fixed ASAP. Just tried grand prix mode to see if it really is different and there is a world of difference lol. In Australia the Mercedes cars crashed into each other and caused a massive chain reaction and it also made me realize that the AI in career mode drives on rails for some reason. Hope a fix is coming in the next patch.
wake up EA, you don't need a 35h war room to take Grand Prix settings and apply it to Career ...
its a big 2 secs at most....
We paid a lot for this game, we deserve better and fast.
and this point, I will never buy any early access again. There's no point In owning the game without this simple bug fix.
