I mentioned this on our WhatsApp group. Tbf to the engineer as his first language isn't English. In his urgency to reassure Charles. He most likely couldn't think what the right word for rain was. So in his mind he's like er water yeah water is falling from the sky. But he will at least now be immortalised in many many memes
